We're Changing Our Name to Sensational League!
It all began in 2004 with a simple idea: a women's Sensational Street Football Tournament. Fast forward two decades, and with three more programs added to our portfolio, our initiatives have become a global movement empowering women through football. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we're excited to announce a name change that reflects this growth.
First Impact League Ends Season with Sportsmanship Triumph
The final whistle blew, revealing a thrilling tie between Ball Kickers and Sweaty Iconis Sweeties (SIS). In a heartwarming moment, both teams opted to share the first-place prize money, demonstrating the power of collaboration over competition.

“As a group of women and non-binary athletes we are invested in creating spaces for people of any gender to enjoy soccer. As players in the local Women’s Plus organization, we plan to fly and expand access to free or low-cost soccer for women and non-binary players.”
Detroit City FC Hosting the first Impact League in the U.S.
“Our founding league, the DCFL, was built out with a community service requirement. We share the Impact League's commitment to community work, and we believe that soccer makes this possible by bringing people together and hopefully, making a difference in the world," — Alex Wright, owner and chief creative officer of Detroit City FC.
LaLiga joins the League
LaLiga and EIR Soccer join forces to promote the sustainable growth of women's football.
The two organisations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), through which LaLiga has offered consultancy services to support the League globally.
Team Keepers win first Global Goals League in Jordan
10 teams. 17 Global Goals. 102 female coaches living in Jordan from the Eir Coach Program. The first season of the Global Goals League has come to an end. Final match day was Friday November 25th in Amman, Jordan.
